Thanks for your interest in working with me! Before getting started, you should know a little about my core philosophy. It’s simple: everyone is different. I want to help you find what works for you, not what works for someone else — regardless of whether that someone is an Internet guru, an elite athlete, or Joe Schmoe down the street.
So, my coaching process is different, too. I’m not going to hold your hand, but I will give you all the tools you need to succeed. Watch this video to learn more:
How Coaching Works
After I receive your application, I’ll reach out to schedule a brief call to make sure we’re a good fit. Then, after I receive your first payment, I’ll create a customized training and nutrition plan for the first training week.
At the end of every week, you’ll send me some info (including training videos), which I’ll use to revise the plan and keep you progressing towards your goals.
Besides that initial call, all communication is via email on your scheduled check-in day.
I do not require any level of experience, equipment, or anything else, but I do require that you give 100% effort to your training and that you communicate clearly and openly.
