The PeakHD team is designed for those who want to reach their genetic potential for size, strength, conditioning and longevity. You don’t need to be an advanced athlete, but you should be willing to give it your all!
You should be open to using a variety of methods, too. I’ll teach you all about these concepts as we incorporate them into our training:

- Autoregulation
- Dynamic and maximal effort methods
- Occlusion training
- Isometric training
- Stability training
Remember: there is no base level of strength required, as long as you are willing to put in the work!
FAQs
What makes this program different from others?
Two things. First, it’s both research and results based. I don’t rely solely on scientific theory (theory that’s never been proven to work at the highest levels of physical development). Nor do I follow purely “bro-science” methods like bodypart splits, “muscle confusion,” or anything like that.
Second, I explain why I program the way I do. Unlike other coaches, I’m not trying to be a guru. I’m trying to be a teacher! By helping you to understand the method behind the madness, I can help you to make better training decisions and find more success in your physical pursuits.
How will I receive my training?
I’ve partnered with TrainHeroic so your training is delivered through an app. You’ll get videos, coaching points, a community for our team to message with each other, and you’ll be be able to track your progress each session along the way.
Is this program right for me?
Almost certainly yes. For starters, it’s designed to be flexible enough to help you reach your goals, not anyone else’s. I’ve specifically used this method with older lifters, natural lifters, and lifters with difficult life/work schedules. Every single one of them has benefitted from it, whereas other methods have failed.
When is the best time to join the team?
Ideally, you’ll start at the beginning of a mesocycle. You can check out the team calendar for help with scheduling! If you’re open to a week or two of adjustments, you can join at any time.
I’ve joined the team, but I don’t understand some of the jargon. Where can I go for help?
Does the program include diet and supplements?
I’ll be regularly posting videos on these topics, but won’t provide actual programming for them. Diet and supplementation are very individual topics, and if you need help with them, I suggest you look into my one-on-one coaching.
